Job summary

Alight Behavioral Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver in-home ABA therapy to children on the autism spectrum in Minnesota. Join a dedicated team focused on empowering families and unlocking each child’s potential.

The part-time role requires RBT certification, a related degree (or pursuing) and strong data collection, confidentiality, and communication skills. You will travel to client homes and collaborate with BCBAs to implement and refine treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (or pursuing) or equivalent experience.
• RBT certification through the BACB.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and confidentiality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work a part-time schedule with weekends/evenings.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans and reinforcement strategies.
• Collect and maintain data on client progress and report to supervisors.
• Collaborate with BCBA to refine treatment plans and ensure effective delivery.
• Maintain a safe and healthy therapeutic environment per policies.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure continuity of care.
