Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for part-time work with children in home, school, or community settings. You will provide ABA-based interventions under BCBA supervision and collect data to monitor progress.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in ABA therapy or related fields.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred in psychology, education, or related field.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
