Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings. Part-time positions available with opportunities to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

As an RBT, you will implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA, collect data, and collaborate with families and clinical teams. A high school diploma is required; RBT certification is active.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with ABA therapy for children.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally for in-home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
