Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for part-time roles with potential for growth as caseloads expand. Gain mentorship, hands-on training, and opportunities to advance within ABA therapy.

Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings, implementing evidence-based ABA plans designed by a BCBA. Expect flexible scheduling, travel locally, and a supportive team focused on client progress.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or a related field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology/Education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
