Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children in home, school, or community settings. Part-time positions offer mentorship, hands-on training, and opportunities to grow into full-time roles as caseloads expand.

You will implement ABA-based plans under a BCBA, collect data, and collaborate with families and clinical teams. Travel locally is required and a structured progression path toward BCBA is available.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• High school diploma required; a Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
