Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings, implementing ABA-based treatment plans under a BCBA. This part-time role offers mentorship and opportunities to grow as caseloads expand.

Flexible scheduling and travel locally for in-home sessions are expected; the position includes annual raises and a quarterly bonus of $500 for averaging 25 hours per week in a quarter.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or a related field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology or Education preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions
