Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA and collect data to track progress.

Part-time position with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand. PBS Corp. offers mentorship, hands-on training, and opportunities to advance from RBT to BCBA with our support.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• Ability to engage clients and families in ABA sessions.
• Willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
