The role involves 1:1 work with children in home/school/community settings, implementing ABA plans, and data collection while collaborating with families and BCBA supervisors.

Ideal candidates hold an active RBT certificate, have experience in ABA or related fields, and are willing to travel locally for in-home sessions.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification is required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy or related fields.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
