Job summary

ABA Centers of Tennessee is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a part-time role in Knoxville, TN. The starting rate is $20.85 per hour, with paid training and growth opportunities. Active RBT certification through the BACB is required.

Availability Monday through Friday, afternoons/evenings/weekends/holidays is expected. Final compensation is determined by experience, training, and education.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification through the BACB board.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Availability during afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.

Responsibilities

• Direct Client Support and Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, or clinics.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and document session data accurately.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and team members.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
• Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed.
