Job summary

ABA Centers of Tennessee is hiring a Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support clients with autism across homes, schools, and clinics. The role offers a starting hourly rate and paid training, with pathways toward RBT advancement and BCBA mentorship.

Responsibilities include delivering ABA therapy under supervision, collecting session data, and collaborating with BCBAs and families. Availability Mon–Fri with some weekend shifts is required; transportation and background checks

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience with children in education or ABA therapy is preferred.
• Must be available mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation and valid license/insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, clinics, or other venues under BCBA supervision.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Collect, organize, and document session data accurately.
• Collaborate closely with BCBAs, families, and team members.
