Job summary

ABA Centers of Tennessee is seeking an energetic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide ABA therapy across homes, schools, and clinics in Cordova, TN. This full-time role offers paid training, mentorship, and clear growth toward BCBA certification.

Starting rate is $19.30 per hour with opportunities to advance; referrals offer bonuses of $500 for RBT and $5,000 for BCBA. Applicants must have active RBT certification and pass background checks with reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Active RBT certification through BACB is required.
• 6+ months of relevant experience (including internships or related roles).
• Availability mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues as needed.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and maintain quality; document session data accurately.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, team members and families; participate in team meetings and training.
• Assist with administrative and clinical tasks as needed.
