Job summary

ABA Centers of Tennessee is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) in Franklin, TN. Start rates: RBT $21.40/hr, BT $19.35/hr, with final compensation based on experience, training, and education.

The role includes direct client support in homes, schools, and clinics, training through the ABA Academy, paid training, mentorship, and opportunities for career advancement, while supporting families and collaborating with BCBAs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 6+ months of relevant experience (including internships or related roles).
• Availability during mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues depending on client needs.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track Progress & Maintain Quality.
• Collect, organize, and document session data accurately.
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families.
• Participating in team meetings and ongoing training.
