Job summary

ABA Centers of Tennessee is hiring a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliverABA therapy in homes, schools, and clinics. The role involves direct client support, data collection, and collaboration with BCBA supervisors.

The ideal candidate has an active BACB RBT certification, a high school diploma, and is available afternoons/evenings, weekends, and holidays. Paid training, growth opportunities, and support for RBT exam prep are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Active RBT certification through the BACB board is required.
• Availability during afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
• Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license and insurance is required.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.

Responsibilities

• Direct Client Support.
• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, or clinics.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and maintain quality; document session data accurately.
