Total Care ABA in Tennessee is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). Earn $18–$26/hour, with in-home and in-school services across Kingsport and Church Hill, TN.

Flexible schedules offered to fit your lifestyle, and training provided to support growth within ABA. The role involves delivering individualized ABA therapy, implementing BCBA plans, and collecting data while collaborating with families and our clinical team.

Qualifications

• Must hold current RBT certification.
• Active BACB registration.
• Experience delivering ABA therapy is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data accurately.
• Support communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Travel to client homes and community settings as needed.
