ABA Centers of Tennessee in Franklin, TN seeks a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, and clinics. The role requires active RBT certification, reliable transportation, and availability Monday–Friday with some Saturdays. Qualifications

• Active RBT certification through the BACB is required.
• Preferred: 1 year experience working with children/youth in education or ABA therapy.
• Experience managing aggressive and severe behaviors preferred.
• Availability mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and maintain quality; document session data.
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families; participate in team meetings and training.
• Assist with administrative/clinical support tasks as needed.
