Job summary

Heartland-Aba-1 is seeking a Certified Registered Behavior Technician to join our ABA team. Training and support are provided to earn RBT certification before starting services. Services are delivered in clients' homes and community settings.

This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, same-day pay options, and opportunities to grow within a dedicated clinical team focused on ABA therapy and data collection.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification before providing services; training and support provided.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Ability to remain patient and calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Implement individualized skill-building programs and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive, engaging learning environment and build connections with families.
