• Current RBT certification or eligibility.

• Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Observe and document client progress and behaviors.
• Support clients in acquiring academic and life skills.
• Respond to challenging behaviors in a calm, respectful manner.
• Maintain timely data entry and communication with parents and team.
