Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians for part-time roles with the opportunity to grow into full-time as caseloads expand. The team offers mentorship, hands-on training, and a supportive environment dedicated to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities include 1:1 client work, implementing ABA plans, data collection, and collaboration with families and clinical staff. Local travel is required.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
