Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is hiring part-time Registered Behavior Technicians to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA plans, monitor progress, and collaborate with families and BCBAs. Opportunities exist to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

We offer flexible scheduling, annual raises, a $500 quarterly bonus for meeting weekly hours, holiday pay, and strong career growth toward BCBA with university partnerships.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy or related fields is preferred.
• High school diploma required; degree in psychology/education preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Able to engage with clients and handle physical activity up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development.
