Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to support children with autism in home, school, or community settings. Part-time roles with potential to expand to full-time as caseloads grow.

You will work 1:1 under a BCBA, implement ABA plans, collect data, and collaborate with families. We offer mentorship, growth opportunities, flexible scheduling, travel reimbursement, and benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy or related fields is preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
