Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with autism and related developmental disabilities in home, school, or community settings. Part-time positions with the opportunity to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

You'll receive mentorship, hands-on training, and opportunities to advance within ABA. The role involves 1:1 client work, data collection, and collaboration with families and BCBAs in a supportive team

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or a related field
• High school diploma required
• Bachelor's in Psychology or Education preferred

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions
