Job summary

Westside Children’s Therapy Inc. Lombard clinic seeks a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join a fun, collaborative ABA team. You’ll administer play-based ABA services under BCBA supervision, with consistent client data collection and documentation.

Schedule includes after-school hours Mon-Fri with multiple daily blocks; the role offers competitive hourly pay, benefits eligibility, and reimbursement for RBT certification, plus a supportive culture and team events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active RBT certification required within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Implement direct ABA therapy services for assigned clients.
• Engage with BCBA during supervision sessions to ask questions and receive feedback.
• Collect and record client behavioral data and complete all required documentation accurately and on time.
