Westside Children’s Therapy Inc. is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for the Carol Stream clinic. You will deliver play-based ABA therapy to children under supervision, collaborating with BCBAs to ensure quality sessions.

The role emphasizes data collection, accurate documentation, and a warm, engaging approach with families. Flexible scheduling supports ongoing learning and patient progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Active RBT certification required within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct ABA therapy to assigned clients.
• Collaborate with BCBA during supervision sessions to receive feedback.
• Collect and record client data and complete documentation accurately and on time.
