Job summary

Westside Children’s Therapy Inc. in Plainfield, IL is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support our clients with play-based ABA therapy. You will work closely with BCBA supervisors and families to implement therapy plans.

The role includes data collection, accurate documentation, and flexibility with shifts: 2 days 10am-7pm, 2 days 9am-6pm, and Fridays 8am-5pm. RBT certification required within 60 days of hire; high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active RBT certification required within 60 days of hire.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct ABA therapy services for assigned clients.
• Record and collect client behavioral data and complete documentation timely.
• Collaborate with BCBA during supervision sessions.
