Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking part-time Registered Behavior Technicians to support children with autism and other developmental disabilities. The role offers mentorship, hands-on training, and opportunities to grow into full-time positions as caseloads expand.

Join a positive, supportive work environment and work 1:1 with clients in home, school, or community settings, implementing ABA plans designed by a BCBA while collecting progress data and collaborating with families.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy or related fields.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred in psychology/education or related field.
• Willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to actively engage with clients and assist with lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Apply positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
