Job summary

PBS Corp. is hiring part-time Registered Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA plans created by a BCBA, track progress, and collaborate with families to ensure client success.

We offer mentorship, growth opportunities, and a supportive environment to develop into future leaders in ABA. Travel locally may be required, with potential for full-time growth as caseloads expand.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification is required.
• Experience working with children in ABA, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma is required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to sit on the floor and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
