PBS Corp. is hiring part-time Registered Behavior Technicians to work with children in home, school, or community settings. The role includes implementing ABA-based plans designed by a BCBA, collecting data, and collaborating with families and clinical teams.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred in psychology, education, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
