Step Ahead ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for in-home therapy in Waianae, HI. The role covers two weekday afternoons, 2:00pm–5:00pm, about 6 hours per week, with direct therapy aligned to a BCBA plan.

You will work with preschool-age clients in a family home setting, delivering 97153 direct therapy and collecting session data, while receiving supervision and career support from BCBAs.

Formación

• Active RBT certification with BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior ABA experience.
• Availability two weekday afternoons within 2:00pm–5:00pm.
• Comfort working in a family's home.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver 97153 direct therapy to a treatment plan and behavior intervention plan written by the BCBA.
• Have the assigned BCBA onboard before you start and follow the plan with family support.
• Collect session data and submit notes for billed and non-billed time.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and care team to support the client in-home.
