Job summary

Step Ahead ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for Waianae, HI, with afternoon, Mon–Fri, part-time availability. The role delivers in-home ABA therapy to teens and children under a BCBA-driven plan, with non-billable time paid at a lower rate.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required or eligible with support to obtain (BACB).
• Experience in ABA therapy preferred.
• Comfortable working in family homes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 97153 direct therapy per the treatment plan.
• Coordinate with BCBA supervisor and family care manager.
• Record data and submit notes; participate in supervision.
• Build rapport with clients and maintain a safe, engaging session.
