Job summary

Step Ahead ABA is seeking an RBT to support in-home therapy in Honolulu, with BCBA supervision and flexible evening hours Mon/Thu/Fri 2:45–6:15 PM. You will deliver direct therapy according to the treatment plan and help families access compassionate, evidence-based care.

You’ll join a team that values advocacy, client progress, and scheduling around real life. The role offers paid non-billable time, opportunities for growth, and a pathway toward BCBA supervision as you gain hours and experience.

Qualifications

• Must be a registered RBT with eligibility for BCBA supervision.
• Available Mon/Thu/Fri 2:45–6:15 PM in Honolulu.
• Experience delivering ABA therapy to children on the autism spectrum.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 97153 direct therapy per BCBA plan.
• Collect session data and submit notes.
• Coordinate with BCBA and care manager for client progress.
