Job summary

Step Ahead ABA is seeking an Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our Hawaii team in Ewa Beach for in-home services Monday–Friday afternoons. This part-time position offers direct therapy under a BCBA's guidance with flexible hours and competitive pay.

You’ll deliver 97153 direct therapy, collect session data, and participate in ongoing supervision and training. Prior ABA experience and an active RBT certification are required; a high school diploma is essential.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification with the BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior ABA experience.
• Availability Mon–Fri afternoons.
• Comfort working in a family's home.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 97153 direct therapy to a treatment plan written by the BCBA.
• BCBA assigned before you start; you receive the plan and family support.
• Supervision is supportive with competency assessments and feedback.
• Collect session data and submit notes; non-billable time is paid.
• Work with BCBAs and clinical team for guidance and growth.
