Job summary

Step Ahead ABA in Waianae, HI is seeking an RBT for an in-home case. You will deliver direct therapy under a BCBA-written plan and collaborate with a dedicated care manager to support a client’s progress.

We prioritize continuity by promoting internal placement and providing supportive supervision, data collection, and ongoing feedback. Flexible hours and a clear pathway for supervision are available to help you grow.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification with the BACB; assistance offered to obtain certification if needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior ABA experience preferred.
• Comfort working in a family's home.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Able to stay active and engaged during sessions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 97153 direct therapy to a treatment plan and behavior intervention plan written by the BCBA.
• BCBA is assigned before you start; you will receive the plan, introduction, and family care manager support.
• Supervision is supportive with competency assessments, observation, and actionable feedback.
• Collect session data and submit notes; non-billable time is paid.
• Our BCBAs and clinical directors provide ongoing support.
