Job summary

Step Ahead ABA seeks an RBT to provide in-home therapy to children and teens on the autism spectrum in Honolulu. The role offers afternoons/evenings Mon–Fri with direct therapy billable at $30/hour and supportive BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• RBT certification or credentialing preferred
• BCBA supervision pathway knowledge or involvement beneficial
• Experience delivering direct therapy per treatment plan

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct therapy (97153) in homes for the clients treatment plan
• Coordinate with BCBA for supervision and plan adjustments
• Collect session data and document progress for weekly reporting
• Support families and caregivers and maintain engagement in sessions
