Job summary

Step Ahead ABA is seeking an Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for an in-home case in Ewa Beach, HI. This part-time role offers Tue/Thu evening sessions at $30/hour billable with BCBA supervision support.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification with the BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior ABA experience.
• Availability Tue/Thu evenings.
• Comfort working in a family's home.
• Reliable transportation.
• Able to stay active and engaged in session.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 97153 direct therapy per client plan written by the BCBA.
• Collect session data and submit notes for the work you do.
• Receive supervision, competency assessments, observation, and feedback.
• Support families with in-home ABA therapy delivery.
• Maintain engagement and active participation during therapy sessions.
