Job summary

ABA Centers of Washington is hiring a part-time RBT/CBT to provide ABA therapy across homes, schools, and community settings in the Lynnwood/Everett area. The role offers paid training, mentorship, and a clear path for advancement within a fast-growing ABA provider.

You will work under BCBA supervision to deliver client-centered care and track progress. Starting hourly rates are $30 for RBT and $26 for BT, with final compensation determined by experience, training, and education.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months of relevant experience preferred.
• Availability during mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy and support services to clients in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues as needed.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement treatment plans under supervision and track progress.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, team members, and families; participate in team meetings and training.
• Provide administrative and clinical support as needed.
