Job summary

ABA Centers of Washington is hiring Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and Behavior Technician (BT) in Lynnwood/Everett, WA, with starting rates of $30.00 per hour for RBT and $26.00 per hour for BT. We offer paid training, mentorship, and a clear path for career advancement through our ABA Academy of Excellence.

As an RBT/BT, you will deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, or clinics under BCBA supervision, teach communication and daily living skills, collect session data, and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Active RBT certification through the BACB or CBT certification through the WA Department of Health.
• 6+ months of relevant experience (including internships or related roles).
• Availability during mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues depending on client needs.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track Progress & Maintain Quality.
• Collect, organize, and document session data accurately.
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families.
• Participating in team meetings and ongoing training.
• Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed.
