Job summary

ABA Centers of Washington is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) for part-time work in Lynnwood/Everett, WA. Compensation starts at $30.00 per hour for RBT and $26.00 per hour for BT, with final pay determined by experience, training, and education.

This role offers paid training, mentorship, and a clear path for career advancement through our ABA Academy of Excellence, including support for RBT exam preparation and BCBA pathway opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months of relevant experience (including internships or related roles)
• Availability during mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review
• Experience in childcare, education, or related fields (preferred)
• Prior exposure to ABA services (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues depending on client needs
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Track Progress & Maintain Quality
• Collect, organize, and document session data accurately
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families
• Participating in team meetings and ongoing training
• Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed
• Structured growth to RBT Level 2 and Level 3 with paid training and mentorship
