Job summary

ABA Centers of America in Braintree, MA is hiring Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and Behavior Technician (BT) for part-time roles. Starting pay is $22.25/hour for BTs and $24.60/hour for RBTs, with final compensation based on experience, training, and education.

We provide paid training, mentorship, and a clear path for advancement, including the ABA Academy of Excellence to prepare for and pass the RBT exam under BACB requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 6+ months of relevant experience (including internships or related roles).
• Availability during mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues depending on client needs.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track Progress & Maintain Quality.
• Collect, organize, and document session data accurately.
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families.
• Participating in team meetings and ongoing training.
• Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed.
