Job summary

ABA Centers of America in Wellesley, MA is seeking a Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT/BT) to deliver ABA therapy with supervision by a BCBA. Starting rates are $24.60 per hour for RBT and $22.25 per hour for BT, with final compensation determined by experience, training, and education.

We provide paid training, mentorship, and a clear path for career advancement through the ABA Academy of Excellence to help prepare for the RBT exam.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months of relevant experience (including internships or related roles).
• Availability mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues depending on client needs.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and maintain quality; collect, organize, and document session data accurately.
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families; participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
• Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed.
