ABA Centers of America is seeking a part‑time Registered Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) in Charlestown, MA. Starting rates are $22.25/hour for BTs and $24.60/hour for RBTs, with final compensation based on experience and education.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 6 months of relevant experience (including internships or related roles).
• Availability during mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues as needed.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and maintain quality; collect and document session data.
