ABA Centers of America is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) to support clients with autism through ABA therapy. Training is provided, with pathways to RBT certification and opportunities for growth within the organization.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 6+ months of relevant experience, and flexibility across mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays. On-site position in Foxborough, MA with competitive pay.”

Qualifications

• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
