Accurate ABA in Maryland is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to implement ABA programs under the supervision of a BCBA. The role focuses on direct, one-on-one therapy with clients who have developmental disabilities or related needs.

The position offers afternoon hours, benefits including health, vision, and dental insurance, PTO, CEUs, a 401k, and professional development support. Travel to client sites may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1 40-hour ABA training and competency assessment completed.
• Current RBT certification by BACB.

Responsabilités

• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by the BCBA to address target behaviors and skill deficits.
• Provide direct one-on-one therapy to clients in homes, schools, clinics, and community settings.
• Collect accurate data on client progress and behavior using specified methods.
• Assist in developing individualized treatment goals based on client needs and assessments.
• Implement behavior reduction procedures to decrease challenging behaviors and promote positive change.
• Provide ongoing feedback to the BCBA regarding client progress and observations.
• Maintain client confidentiality and follow ethical guidelines at all times.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, teachers, and other professionals across settings.
• Participate in regular supervision sessions with the BCBA to review progress.
