Job summary

Growing Minds Behavioral Health is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to implement individualized ABA programs under BCBA supervision, in Maryland. You will collect data, help children build communication, social, and daily living skills through play-based activities, and maintain confidentiality with families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Completion of the 40-hour RBT training course is required prior to job offer.
• Active RBT certification is preferred (must obtain within 90 days).
• Reliable transportation and valid car insurance.
• Consistent afternoon and evening availability.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect accurate data on client progress and behaviors.
• Support clients in building communication, social, and daily living skills through play-based activities.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and clear communication with families and supervisors.
