Alongside ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism under a BCBA. You’ll follow individualized treatment plans, collect data, and help build skills in communication, social interaction, and daily living.

The role offers part-time hours (2pm–6pm, Mon/Wed/Fri) across school, home, and clinic settings, with sign-on bonuses and paid training. Prior RBT certification is preferred and reimbursement for driving/travel is offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred.
• Experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
• RBT certification preferred; background checks and TB test disclosed during onboarding.

Responsabilités

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism under BCBA supervision.
• Collect data and track progress for individualized treatment plans.
• Support communication, social interaction, and daily living skills.
• Maintain professional communication with families, supervisors, and team.
• Attend required training, supervision hours, and adhere to confidentiality standards.
• Work effectively in school, home, and clinic settings.
