ABA Centers of America is seeking part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Technician (BT) to provide ABA therapy in various settings. Starting hourly rates are $23.50 for RBT and $21.25 for BT, with final compensation based on experience, training and education.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 6+ months of relevant experience, including internships or related roles.
• Availability afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.

Responsibilities

• Direct client support.
• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities or clinics.
• Teach communication, social and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and maintain quality; document session data accurately.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, team members and families; participate in meetings.
• Provide administrative and clinical support as needed.
