Job summary

ABA Centers of America is seeking part-time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) and Behavior Technicians (BT) to provide ABA therapy in homes, schools, and clinics across Worcester, Milford, and Foxborough, MA. RBT starts at $23.50/hour; BT starts at $21.25/hour with final compensation based on experience, training, and education.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 6+ months of relevant experience (including internships or related roles)
• Availability during afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, or clinics
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Track progress & maintain quality
• Collect, organize, and document session data accurately
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training
• Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed
