Job summary

Qualifications

• ARRT Radiography certification required within 6 months of hire
• CPR – American Heart Association
• Act 34/33/73 and FBI background clearance requirements
• Prior radiology experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Positions patient and performs imaging procedures; analyzes results and resolves image quality issues
• Reviews patient history and orders; educates patient about procedures
• Prep and administer contrast media when ordered; monitor patient condition
• Prepare equipment; select exposure factors; ensure safety standards
• Troubleshoot equipment and report malfunctions as needed
