• Strong communication skills, both written and orally.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and moderate keyboarding.
• Knowledge of EMR systems preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills, detail oriented with ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• General media room duties, including filing and downloading image data to PACS.
• Fulfill legal requests and track images using the Radiology Information System.
• Respond to image requests via phone or internal request system.
• Interact with patients, staff, physicians and the public in a friendly, courteous manner.
