Job summary

iHeartMedia in Nashville, TN is seeking a part-time Promotions Assistant for the promotions and marketing team. The role supports remotes, events, and other activities to promote Nashville stations (107.5 The River, The BIG 98, 105.9 The Rock, 101.1 The Beat and WLAC). Flexible weeknights and weekend availability is required.

The position is seasonal, hourly, and based at our Nashville studios. Prior experience with event promotions, social media, and Microsoft Office is helpful.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office, Photoshop and social media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Execute promotions such as remotes, events, and other marketing activities.
• Coordinate prize inventory, prize sheets, prize fulfillment and release forms.
• Set up and break down audio equipment and promotional tents/banners.
• Activate events with games and music; interact with attendees.
• Capture and recap events via photos, video, audio, or social media.
