Job summary

Christian Living Communities (CLC) / Cappella Living Solutions (CLS) is seeking a Part-time Assisted Living QMAP to support residents Monday and Friday, 6P–6:30A. The role involves supervising medications under a licensed nurse, assisting with ADLs, and delivering compassionate personal care within a diverse elder care team.

The position requires QMAP-A/L or equivalent certification; a high school diploma or GED, and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Medication certification required by state; QMAP-A/L, Med Tech, Med Aide, Nurse Delegation as applicable.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year elder care preferred.
• Strong self-management and organization; multitasking; adaptable.

Responsibilities

• Attend to residents' personal care needs and assist with ADLs.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, meals, and housekeeping to residents.
• Monitor and report changes in resident status to supervisor.
• Administer medications per MAR and under supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Maintain documentation of care and medication administration.
• Restock medication carts and communicate supply needs.
• Participate in monthly staff meetings and contribute to resident care planning.
• Other duties as assigned.
